Sony a1 II deal status right now
B&H’s product page lists the a1 II body at $6,998, in stock. The page shows no crossed-out price. NowInStock’s B&H log shows that same $6,998 from July 2025 through its last row, March 25, 2026. Earlier in 2025, from February into May, the same log shows $6,498. The log does not show a November 2025 row, so we are not calling $6,498 last Black Friday. Sony hasn’t announced 2026 holiday savings. Last year they started on Monday, November 3. The cashback list on our Sony guide names the original a1, not this body.
$6,998 is the regular price, and it has been the B&H price since July 2025 in the log we used. Wait for a Sony rebate. The $6,498 figure is an earlier 2025 price, not a holiday low we can prove.
What counts as a good a1 II price
- A real Sony rebate under $6,998This body has not shown a crossed-out price on the page we opened. Last year’s holiday savings started November 3. Sony hasn’t posted the 2026 date.
- $6,498, if it returnsNowInStock’s price from February through early May 2025. The log jumps to $6,998 in July 2025 and stays there. Not a verified November price.
- $6,998The November 1 body page, and the price since July 2025 in that log.
B&H body page, checked November 1, 2026. The history is NowInStock’s B&H log for the a1 II body. That log’s last row is March 25, 2026, still $6,998, and it has no November 2025 line. Sony’s November 3, 2025 start is the date on our Sony guide. We did not open Adorama.
