Fujifilm X-E5 deal status right now
B&H lists the X-E5 body at $1,699, in stock, in black and in silver. The product page shows no crossed-out price. A 23mm f/2.8 kit is $1,899 in black on the category page, and $1,899.95 in silver. That is about $200 more than the body, not a discount. Used bodies start at $1,562.95 on the same search. We can’t find a rebate, and we can’t find the X-E5 in last Black Friday’s list. The X-T5 kit was $2,199 through November 1. On November 2 that kit page is $2,399. We did not reopen the X half page this morning. Last year the holiday cuts started on Thursday, November 20, and they were about $100 on the bodies that were included.
$1,699 is the list price. A $100 cut, the size Fuji used on bodies last year, would be about $1,599. We have not seen that price, and a body that missed last year’s list may miss this one too.
What counts as a good X-E5 price
- $1,599 or less on the bodyAbout $100 off, the size of last year’s X-T5, X-T50 and X-S20 body cuts. Not a price Fujifilm has posted for the X-E5.
- Any real body rebateA crossed-out price on the body at an authorized dealer. Worth it if you wanted the X-E5 anyway.
- $1,699 body, or $1,899 with the 23mmList price, and list price plus a lens. The kit is not a sale.
B&H product page for the black body, and the Fujifilm camera category for the silver body and the 23mm kits, checked November 1, 2026. Last year’s $100 cuts and the November 20, 2025 start are the figures on our Fujifilm guide. We did not open Adorama.
Fujifilm X-E5 key specs
| Sensor | B&H’s bullets: 40.2MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS 5 HR, X-Processor 5. |
|---|---|
| Video and stabilization | The bullets list 6.2K/30p, 4K/60p and 1080/240p, and 7-stop in-body stabilization. The 7-stop figure is Fujifilm’s rating on the listing. |
| Body | B&H’s spec table: about 14 oz / 396 g for the body, 16 oz / 445 g with battery and a card. The description mentions a film-simulation dial. |
| What it isn’t | Not the X100VI. The X-E5 takes interchangeable lenses. The X100VI is the fixed-lens camera, and our X100VI tracker says buy it when it’s in stock. |
Who should buy the X-E5
Good fit
- You want the rangefinder-style body and you can wait to see whether Fujifilm includes it in the holiday list.
- The body, not a kit, drops to about $1,599 or shows a real rebate.

X-E5 Black Friday FAQ
Is $1,699 a sale?
No. B&H’s body page shows $1,699 with no crossed-out price. Black and silver are the same dollar.
Was it discounted last Black Friday?
We can’t find it in last year’s holiday list. The bodies that were included, including the X-T5, X-T50 and X-S20, were about $100 off, and that sale started November 20, 2025.
Is the 23mm kit the better buy?
Only if you want that lens. It is $1,899, about $200 over the body. That gap is the lens, not a rebate.
