Nikon COOLPIX P1100 deal status right now
B&H’s COOLPIX category lists the P1100 at $1,046.95, in stock, crossed out from $1,146.95. The product page shows the same $1,046.95. Nikon’s February 4, 2025 announcement set a suggested price of $1,099.95, and dealers listed it at $1,096.95 then. Today’s price is $53 under that suggested price. The $100 badge is measured from $1,146.95, which is higher than the price Nikon announced. Diglloyd’s B&H feed already had it at about $1,047 on August 16, 2026. We have no verified Black Friday 2025 price. This was its first holiday, and the roundups we found named the camera without a dollar.
This is the standing price, not a new holiday cut. Buy it only if you need the 24-3000mm reach this month. Don’t pay the crossed-out $1,146.95, and don’t treat a kit that costs more than $1,046.95 as a discount on the camera.
What counts as a good P1100 price
- Under $1,046.95A real cut below the price B&H has listed for months. We don’t have a 2025 Black Friday dollar to aim at, so this is the line.
- $1,046.95B&H on October 31. About $53 under Nikon’s $1,099.95 suggested price. Fine if you need it now.
- $1,146.95, or a kit above $1,046.95The crossed-out camera price, and the accessory bundles on the same category page. Skip them.
B&H product page and COOLPIX category, checked October 31, 2026. Suggested price from Nikon’s February 4, 2025 announcement. The August 16, 2026 figure is diglloyd’s B&H feed. A Protection and Power kit was $1,154.90 from $1,254.90, and a starter bundle was $1,080.43 from $1,180.43. Used bodies were listed from $849.95. That is used. We did not open Adorama’s product page.
COOLPIX P1100 key specs
| Sensor | 16MP BSI CMOS, on B&H’s bullets. An announcement spec list puts it at 1/2.3 inch. The bullets we opened do not state the size. |
|---|---|
| Lens | Fixed NIKKOR, 24-3000mm equivalent, f/2.8 to f/8. 125x optical zoom. |
| More reach | B&H’s description: 250x Dynamic Fine digital zoom, to a 6000mm equivalent. That is digital zoom, not a longer lens. |
| Stabilization | Dual Detect Optical Vibration Reduction, four stops, in that same description. |
| What it isn’t | Not a Z mirrorless body. One built-in lens. The Zf is a different camera. |
Who should buy the P1100
Good fit
- You want moon and distant wildlife shots from one camera, and $1,046.95 is a price you’ll pay without a further cut.
- You don’t want to carry a long Z lens.
Look elsewhere
- The listing is back at $1,146.95. That is above the announced suggested price.
- You want interchangeable lenses and a larger sensor. The Zf black body is $1,996.95, and it still hasn’t matched last Black Friday.

COOLPIX P1100 Black Friday FAQ
Is $100 off a real discount?
Against B&H’s crossed-out $1,146.95, yes. Against Nikon’s $1,099.95 suggested price, it’s $53. The crossed-out price is higher than the announced price. And $1,046.95 was already the B&H price in August.
What did it cost last Black Friday?
We couldn’t verify a US dollar. It launched in February 2025, so last November was its first holiday, and the deal roundups we checked didn’t print a price.
Should I buy a kit?
Only if you wanted the bag, battery or memory card and the kit is cheaper than buying those separately. The kits on B&H’s category page cost more than the camera alone.
